More About Me

I have been a full time Realtor since July of 2002. I love my job and work primarily in Bolton, where I live, Harvard, Lancaster, Stow, Hudson, Clinton, and other neighboring towns. These are the towns I am most familiar with and where I can be particularly effective.

As a Seller's agent, I have a marketing plan to present your property in its best light, draw in the ideal buyer, and bring the highest price. My plan includes professional photography, a visit from a home stager and help implementing the stager's plan. I also have an extensive list of service providers available to assist in preparing your house for the market.

As a Buyers' agent, I like to begin with a meeting to talk about all of your wants and needs for a new home. I find that a preliminary consultation is helpful to find a starting point for your home search. While everyone enjoys looking at houses, most buyers would like to find their new home as quickly as they can.

While I do not specialize in a specific type of home, my experience as a hands-on horse owner gives me the background in country properties that you will want to utilize as you search for your own equestrian property.

I strongly feel that good communication is critical to any successful real estate transaction. I understand that, even though this is what I do all day, every day, you are navigating unfamiliar terrain. Buying or Selling your home is stressful enough without adding in a Realtor who is difficult to reach. I am accessible and reliable. I rarely turn off my phone and I'm available seven days a week. I look forward to helping you reach your real estate goals.

After having 30+ years of hands on horse ownership, not only can I help you find a horse property that meets your needs, I know where to go to find the required goods and services for all aspects of horse ownership. I bought my first horse in 1967. For $250. And that included a saddle and a bridle. I know what you need to make a horse property. I know how to set up a barn. I know that three acres of woods does not make a pasture.
